I am still at the crossroad of whether to stay at my job or find something more suited to my taste. I would rather work in a retail store or something of that nature. It is a struggle to figure out the answer so I am playing it day by day.
I went hunting twice now (for deer). We were unsuccessful both times but we had a lot of fun and enjoyed being outdoors. :) The second hunt went much better than the first and we ended up finding a new place to try next year! :) I also got a bunch of new pics while we were out!!!! I love photography and I never cease to be amazed by God's creation!!! There is no way this all happened by chance!!!
All is going well with life it is the typical school, homework, and hanging out at the house or with friends. Nothing exciting has really happened recently, which is okay with me. No news is good news... ;)
I am excited about celebrating Thanksgiving, Jenna's birthday, and Christmas soon enough!!! :D

Anissa - I am so sorry that you have ever had to deal with the craziness of your mother. Much like my mother, your mom has put you kids through sheer hell. I always prayed that you would live with your dad and Sandy - b/c I knew they would give you a stable home. I know things got off on the wrong foot, but look at the relationship you have with them now. I am so happy, it makes me cry tears of joy. You and your sister are amazing and have come a very long way, you are resilient and have stood steadfast. I am happy that your dad and Sandy never gave up on you guys. I just wish Lance would have been as open and forgiving. I pray that someday he comes around. I have to tell you that my mom and I still struggle with our relationship. My mom is kinda weird and crazy like your Grandma Brenda! I think they must have got hit in the head! LOL Not trying to be mean, but it gives us a better understanding of why your mom has issues - b/c her mom is a NUT CASE! I think your mom wants to be a good mom and wants to have a relationship, but the problem is this, she NEVER EVER had a positive relationship with her mom. Their kindness to each other is a facade. Brenda was never there for your mom in a LOVING mom kinda way, the kids were always in the way and more of an after thought.
I hope someday you can have things the way you want them. Until then just embrace what you have and enjoy your dad and Sandy as much as possible, let them be your rock and your guidance. Until then your mom will continue to let you down, but don't let her know it. Be strong for your sister and keep her strong! I love you both as if you were my own! Keep being who you are and continue to strive for greatness! B/C you are GREAT! Love you!
